HeadGamesOnline.com features a very simple shopping cart mechanism that allows visitors to shop for a wide variety of women's accessories and make secure on-line credit card payments. The procedure is as follows:

1. Under the Product Catalog heading in the left navigation, click the product type in which you are interested (Hats, Hair Accessories, etc.)
2. If the product has a subcategory, click the subcategory name in which you are interested.
3. On the following page, click the specific product in which you are interested.
4. On the product details page there will be drop-down boxes that list the colors available in a particular size. Use the drop-down menus to select a color beneath the size you would like to order, then click the Add to Cart button.
5. On the following page, you can view your shopping cart. If you would like to order more than one of the item you selected, change the quantity in the box provided and click the Update button. If you would like to remove the item from the shopping cart, click the Delete button.
6. If you would like to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button and you will be taken back to the home page. If you would like to complete your order, click the Checkout button to enter our ordering system.
7. On the following screen, you will be asked to register for an account. If you already have an account, click the Continue button under Option 1. If you would like to register, click the Continue button under Option 2. If you would like to continue without registering, click the Continue button under Option 3.
1. If you choose Option 1 (you already have an account) you will be taken to a screen that asks you to login. Enter your username and password and click Login. You will then be taken to the checkout page with your information pre-filled in the form fields. If you need to change your shipping or billing information, do so on this page and then click the Send My Order button. Record your order confirmation number.
8. If you choose Option 2 or 3, you will be taken to the Shipping Options page. Select your Shipping Destination and Shipping Type and press Continue.
9. On the Checkout page you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information. If you chose to register for an account in step 7, you will also be asked to provide a username and password. Once you have completed this form, make sure to review the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions, then check the box that you have done so and click Send My Order to confirm your order. Record your order confirmation number from the following screen.

Registering for an Account

As part of the ordering and check out process you will be asked if you would like to register and account with HeadGamesOnline.com. By registering an account you will be able to reorder items, which you have ordered in the past, quickly and easily, with the click of a button. Every time you proceed to checkout, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled in the order form. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a prompt online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping your confirmation until you receive your order just in case you need to check the order status. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail. The order confirmation also provides you with the HeadGamesOnline.com e-mail address and phone number for further assistance.

Notification of Backorders

We attempt to keep all items in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are unavailable due to a high volume of orders, or items being on backorder from certain vendors. If a backorder occurs, we will notify you via e-mail; and if possible, an estimated date of shipping. Your credit card will not be billed for an item if it is on backorder. Your credit card will only be charged for items actually shipped.
