Return Policy

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase from HeadGamesOnline.com, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within fourteen days from date of receipt. They should be in pristine condition, accompanied by the original receipt and/or packing slip indicating the reason for your return. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit for merchandise purchased. For your protection wrap your return securely. We suggest sending the item via UPS, FedEx or US Mail, insured with return receipt requested. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
