I am so excited for the Summer Olympics to start next week, and I'm so jealous of anyone who is lucky enough to be in Beijing to watch. There's something about international sports competitions that is so riveting to watch. I can tell you that I was glued to the TV during the French Open, and Wimbledon...but that may have something to do with the fact that Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are pretty easy on the eyes! Watching all that tennis also motivated me to dust off my racket and hit the courts. Tennis is a fun way to fit some exercise in during the warmer months, and hopefully by the time Fall hits, I will be hitting the ball more than chasing it.
While I think visors were made for tennis as they are comfortable and fitted...my friend mentioned that since she dyes her hair, she prefers to wear caps because she does not like to leave her hair exposed to the sun. Rather than the same baseball cap you wear year round, why not try something in straw for Summer? It's a great way to keep cool and stay stylish.
